Mericle Completes Construction on Three New Spec Buildings

Mericle has wrapped up construction on two new flex buildings and one office building.  All were constructed on speculation.  Our 120,000 square foot flex building at 501 Keystone Avenue in CenterPoint East offers excellent highway visibility, abundant parking, and can be leased in 16,000 square foot sections.  Our 96,000 SF flex building in the Jessup Small Business Center is located in a KOZ and can be subdivided in 6,000 square foot increments.  Our 42,000 square foot single-story office building near the entrance of East Mountain Corporate Center can be subdivided to suites as small as 2,500.  Please call me to schedule tours of these properties.
