(August 30, 2007) Mericle Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that KCI USA, a global leader in medical technology, will be locating a sales and distribution center in CenterPoint Commerce & Trade Park.

KCI is leasing 24,000 SF at 100-144 CenterPoint Boulevard, the first multi-tenant flex facility built on speculation in the park.

KCI will be using its location at CenterPoint to sell and distribute innovative therapies, which consist of a wide range of proprietary products that are designed and manufactured to improve clinical outcomes and reduce the overall cost of patient care.  The company, which has been in operation for more than 30 years, is a global leader in advanced wound care and therapeutic services.
