Mericle specializes in build-to-suit leasing programs and the speculative construction of institutional grade industrial and commercial space. Our commercial brokerage company, the largest in the region, serves 20 counties in northeast and central Pennsylvania.

Since our founding in 1986, we have developed and renovated more than 12.5 million square feet of bulk warehouse, manufacturing, flex and office space. Mericle is a true full-service, "vertically integrated" company, employing approximately 300 professionals who integrate all aspects of commercial real estate development including design, construction, financing, leasing, property management and brokerage.
