Mericle to Construct Large Industrial Building in CenterPoint West

Mericle Commercial Real Estate Services has announced plans to construct a 223,200 square foot industrial building on speculation in CenterPoint Commerce & Trade Park West in Pittston Township, Luzerne County.

The project site is located at 225 Enterprise Way across the street from the Mericle-developed distribution center occupied by The Home Depot. Mericle will begin constructing the building in July and expects the new facility to be ready for tenants by the end of November.

Mericle Begins Construction on Ready to Go Sites in Grimes Industrial Park

Mericle is continuing its Ready to Go Program by developing four building pads in Grimes Industrial Park, Pittston Township.The parcels are located along Sathers Drive and are served by rail. Construction is well underway and Mericle expects to have the four pads substantially completed by late spring.

Mericle to Build “Park within a Park” in CenterPoint West

Mericle Commercial Real Estate Services has announced plans to construct an office park on six parcels located at the entrance to CenterPoint Commerce & Trade Park West in Pittston Township. The company expects this “park within a park” to house approximately 750 jobs.

Mericle Leases Large Industrial Space to Pro-Con

Progressive Converting (Pro-Con), the largest independent paper converter by market share in the United States, has leased 212,964 square feet of industrial space in Humboldt Industrial Park, Hazle Township, from Mericle Commercial Real Estate Services.

Pro-Con also operates a 230,000 square foot converting, warehouse and distribution facility on Maplewood Road in Humboldt and will continue to operate that facility.

Mericle to Convert Forty Fort Building into Office Space

Mericle is renovating the former Wise building at 150 Welles Street in Forty Fort Borough, Pennsylvania, and will have the building ready for tenants by spring. Mericle will subdivide the 5,850 square foot building into office suites as small as 950 square feet.

Mericle Donates Land for New Food Bank Facility

Mericle Commercial Real Estate Services has donated a 6.35 acre Ready to Go Site in CenterPoint Commerce & Trade East to the Commission on Economic Opportunity (CEO) to serve as the location for the construction of a regional food bank serving Luzerne, Lackawanna, Susquehanna and Wyoming Counties.

GENCO Grows for Second Time in Mericle Building in Humboldt

One of the nation’s largest third-party logistics (3PL) companies is expanding its operations in Humboldt Industrial Park.

For the second time in less than four months, GENCO has leased more than 200,000 square feet of space from Mericle Commercial Real Estate Services at 61 Green Mountain Road in Humboldt Industrial Park, East Union Township, Schuylkill County. The firm now leases the entire 408,200 square foot building.

Pallet Company Leases Space in Mericle Building; 40 Jobs Expected

PECO Pallet, a Yonkers, New York based pallet rental services company has leased industrial space from Mericle Commercial Real Estate Services in Humboldt Industrial Park, Hazle Township, Luzerne County. The firm expects to create 40 new jobs.

C3i Hosts Grand Opening Ceremony

Grand opening ceremonies were held today at C3i’s new hardware services depot at 248 Armstrong Road, CenterPoint Commerce & Trade Park East, Jenkins Township.

C3i, a leading provider of technology enablement and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services for the life sciences industry, announced in October 2011 that it had leased approximately 41,000 square feet of space in the building from Mericle Commercial Real Estate Services.
