Mericle constructed this 42,000-square-foot, single-story, brick and glass medical office building (MOB) on speculation near the entrance to East Mountain Corporate Center, one of Northeastern Pennsylvania’s premier suburban business parks, in Plains Township.
Mericle customized the space into a variety of healthcare uses, including urgent care, for several divisions of Geisinger Health Plan. The building features Class A finishes and 125 parking spaces.
