Northeastern Pennsylvania (NEPA) is enjoying dramatic business growth. Since 2014, more than 30 million square feet of industrial, flex, and office space has been absorbed in NEPA’s business parks.
Now, a just-released report from Pennsylvania’s Governor’s Action Team, lists NEPA as leading all other areas in the state for new manufacturing projects.
