Ubiquity Global Services leases Office Space in Mericle Flex BuildingUbiquity Global Services, a multinational business process outsourcer and one of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States, will open a new contact center at 1061 Hanover Street in Hanover Industrial Estates, Hanover Township.

The company has leased 30,147 square feet of office space in a 108,000 square foot multi-tenant flex building developed and owned by Mericle Commercial Real Estate Services.

Ubiquity, which specializes in customer care and compliance solutions for financial services, healthcare, and digital commerce, achieved nearly 30 percent revenue growth in 2018.

The new 30,147 square foot center brings Ubiquity’s servicing locations to eight worldwide and offers the capacity to create 300+ jobs in the region over the next several years.

Until last fall, the space was occupied by business process outsourcing services company WNS.  Prior to that, the space was the long-time home of a Travelocity call center.

The transaction was coordinated by Mericle Vice President Bob Besecker and commercial real estate brokers John Susanin and Adam Schindler from Colliers International with assistance from regional economic development organization Penn’s Northeast.

Matt Nyren, Ubiquity Global Services, President & CEO
