Mericle Commercial Real Estate Services has launched a new website that shows the dramatic savings businesses and families will realize by relocating from Long Island, New York to Northeastern Pennsylvania (NEPA).

Mericle estimates a move to NEPA from Long Island will result in savings of 65% for commercial real estate, 20% for labor, 59% for housing, and a reduction of 41% in commute times.
