Michael B. Bradley has joined MCREG, Mericle Commercial Real Estate Services Group, as a licensed sales and leasing salesperson.  Mr. Bradley has been exclusively active in the commercial real estate and development industry since 1997.  Over the years he has gained market knowledge and commercial brokerage experience beginning in Texas, then to Maryland and now in Pennsylvania to join the branch office of MCREG in downtown Williamsport.  Mr. Bradley will concentrate on expanding their office, industrial, retail, and land sales/leasing.

Mr. Bradley has represented numerous tenants and landlords throughout his career.  He understands and adds value to all aspects of the transaction.  Michael is known for his tenacity, client-follow-ups, and going above and beyond the status quo to close deals.

Prior to moving his family from Maryland, Mr. Bradley was a Senior Associate at Trammell Crow Company in Baltimore, Maryland, a world-wide commercial real estate brokerage and development firm based out of Dallas, TX.  Mr. Bradley was recognized by the Baltimore Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitter” in the top 25 commercial real estate brokers in 2004 and ranked by the Costar Group as a Power Broker in 2004 and 2005 based on leasing and sales transaction volume.

Preceding the Trammell Crow Company, Mr. Bradley was Regional Leasing Supervisor for Boxer Property, a commercial real estate company based in Houston, TX.  Mr. Bradley opened and operated the firm’s Baltimore office in 1998 and was instrumental in Boxer Property’s success.  Under his leadership, the company’s portfolio increased occupancy from under 50% to a stable 92% within the first 18 months.  Mr. Bradley was awarded “Broker of Year” by the Baltimore Development Corporation in 1999.

Mr. Bradley graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Humanities.  Professional memberships include: The West Branch Valley Association of Realtors; The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR) and The National Association of Realtors (NAR). Mr. Bradley resides in the Montoursville area with his wife Rachel and two daughters.  He enjoys being outdoors and is an avid cyclist with a quench of thirst for snowboarding, surfing and fishing.
