As Vice President of Brokerage, Al Guari oversees all activities of Mericle’s Brokerage Division, including nine licensed real estate agents and offices in Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania.
Al has been with Mericle since 2006 and has completed numerous lease and sale transactions across the specialized areas of industrial, office, and retail. As an active broker/manager, Al will provide you with exceptional value to assist with your real estate needs. Al prides himself on being a consultant to his clients and a professional who is knowledgeable about real estate and finance. Al has further knowledge of business valuation and can assist buyers and sellers with their business acquisitions or dispositions.
Al’s previous experience includes his work as a commercial banking officer/vice president. As such, he structured business loans and contributed to the growth of commercial loan portfolios, while establishing and procuring deposit and credit relationships with local businesses.
Al has an MBA in finance from the University of Scranton and has worked as manager and business consultant for the University’s Small Business Development Center.
Al was also employed by the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce as a Small Business Development specialist and worked on the establishment of the MetroAction Microloan Program. It was through this position that Al honed his economic development skills through projects in Scranton’s central business district.
Al resides in Archbald with his wife and two daughters.
