This Mericle-built, Home Depot rapid deployment center, located in CenterPoint Commerce & Trade Park West, in Pittston Township, was constructed to the tenant’s exact specification.
The 465,600-square-foot facility features 10” insulated precast concrete wall panels, 169 dock doors (three-sided loading), and 18,622 square feet of office space. The building also has approximately 32’ ceiling clear height, ESFR fire protection, 4,000 amps of power, and T5 and T8 high-efficiency fluorescent fixtures.
