Harrington Process Solutions, a national distributor of industrial plastic piping systems and fluid-handling products, has opened its northeast U.S. distribution center at 515 Research Drive in CenterPoint Commerce & Trade Park East in Pittston Township. The company has leased just over 100,000 square feet in an industrial building developed on speculation by Mericle Commercial Real Estate Services. Officials from local, state, and federal governments, the Greater Pittston Chamber of Commerce, and Mericle joined Harrington executives at the March 26 ribbon cutting.
Harrington’s SVP of Operations, David Burnett, said, “The Northeast was the last geographic hole in our national network. When we started touring Eastern Pennsylvania, it became clear quickly that this was the right place: business-friendly, well-located, and set up for the kind of growth we’re planning.”
Founded in 1959 and headquartered in Chino, California, Harrington is a leading distributor of fluid process products and solutions for industrial applications. With more than 90 locations across the United States, Harrington serves customers in a wide array of critical industries, including water and wastewater management, chemicals, manufacturing, life sciences, and food and beverage processing.
