The largest industrial building ever constructed on speculation in Northeastern Pennsylvania is being marketed by a new website developed by Mericle Commercial Real Estate Services.
Mericle is constructing the 1,023,000 square foot industrial building on 135.72 acres in a LERTA tax abatement zone in CenterPoint Commerce & Trade Park East, Jenkins Township. The building will be ready for tenants in the 4th quarter of 2018.
In addition to providing building plans and specs, the website also gives information about other factors that come into play during the site selection process such as location, amenities, incentives, and workforce.
