HANOVER INDUSTRIAL ESTATES 

NATURAL GAS

UGI Penn Natural Gas provides gas service with 6" and 4" PVC mains.

WATER

Park water is supplied from Pennsylvania American Water Company's (PAWC's) Ceasetown Reservoir with 8, 12, 14, and 16-inch Ductile Iron mains.

SANITARY SEWER

Conveyance is provided by Hanover Township and Sugar Notch Borough and treatment is provided by the Wyoming Valley Sanitary Authority (WVSA). All sanitary mains are 12" SCH-40 PVC and a 6" force main also services the park from a pump station located near the Route 29 overpass. As of December 2008, WVSA's Hanover Township treatment facility has an approved treatment capacity of 32 MGD and receives approx. 24 MGD.

 
ELECTRIC

Service within the park is provided by UGI Corporation, underground 13.8-KV service.

TELECOMMUNICATIONS

Fiber and copper state-of-the-art services provided by Verizon and Frontier Communications and Service Electric.

SANITARY SEWER

Conveyance is provided by Hanover Township and treatment is provided by the Wyoming Valley Sanitary Authority (WVSA). The sanitary mains within the park are 10" diameter SCH-40 PVC with 8" laterals to the individual lots. As of December 2008, WVSA's Hanover Township treatment facility has an approved treatment capacity of 32 MGD and receives approx. 24 MGD.

Dual electric service is supplied by UGI Electric Service, from separate underground feeds via 13.2kV underground duct banks.

TELECOMMUNICATIONS

Fiber and copper state-of-the-art underground services provided by Verizon and Frontier Communications and Service Electric.
