CenterPoint Commerce & Trade Park  South

An active rail line, strong utilities, and good highway access define this 138-acre planned business park. The property is just 2.6 miles from State Route 309, which provides very quick access to Interstates 81 and 476. The park’s development plan calls for a mix of industrial, flex, and office buildings ranging from 10,000 square feet to more than 400,000 square feet, however, larger buildings can be accommodated by combining parcels. CenterPoint Commerce & Trade Park West

Crestwood Industrial Park

Home to major facilities for Fairchild Semiconductor, PepsiCo/Gatorade, Philips Lighting, and Sealy, this park offers good access to I-81 and I-80 and is served by very strong utility systems. Mericle has developed seven buildings here and owns land for future build-to-suit and speculative projects. The park is located in Wright Township (Mountain Top), Luzerne County. Mericle owns several available sites in Crestwood.

Duryea KOZ Industrial Park

This 44.59 acre rail-served site is located in the borough of Duryea, less than five minutes from I-81 and I-476. The park is located in a Keystone Opportunity Zone, which can mean substantial tax savings for tenants. The park is served by natural gas and public water and sewer and is just 2.5 miles from the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport.

East Mountain Corporate Center

Considered by many to be the premier suburban office park in Northeastern Pennsylvania, East Mountain offers immediate access to I-81 and is just a five minute drive from I-476. Several parcels have LERTA status, which means a significant real estate tax savings for building owners and their tenants. Located in Plains Township, Luzerne County, the park is served by all major utility systems including fiber and redundant power. Grimes Industrial Park

This business park in Pittston Township, Luzerne County offers very quick access to I-81 and I-476 (PA Turnpike). The park is home to tenants such as T.J. Maxx, FedEx Express, A. Hanover Crossings

Located in Hanover Township, Luzerne County, this park has been developed to accommodate upscale users such as advanced manufacturing, office, and pharmaceutical companies. The park offers immediate access to S.R. 29 and is less than 5 minutes from I-81. CVS Caremark operates a pharmaceutical fulfillment operation here in a Mericle-owned building. Hanover Industrial Estates

One of the largest business parks in the region, Hanover Industrial Estates offers immediate access to S.R. 29 and is less than 5 minutes from I-81. The 26 buildings constructed by Mericle in the park total almost 2.6 million square feet. Key park tenants include Alexandria Moulding, Sears Logistics Services, Sallie Mae/Navient, Apria Healthcare, and the American Red Cross. Humboldt Industrial Park

One of the largest business parks in Pennsylvania, Humboldt offers exceptional access to I-81 and I-80 and is home to some of the world’s best known companies. Tenants include Amazon.com, American Environmental Outfitters, Archer Daniels Midland, AutoZone, Graham Packaging, Hershey Company, Michael’s Handcrafts, NTBY, Simmons Company, and Tootsie Roll. Jessup Small Business Center

This newer park is located in the boroughs of Jessup and Archbald in Lackawanna County. The park features sites that are located in a Keystone Opportunity Zone, which can mean substantial tax savings for tenants. The park is less than one mile from S.R. 6 and just five minutes from I-81, I-84, and I-380. Mericle has developed two flex buildings on speculation here. Keystone Industrial Park

Few parks have access to the interstate system as good as this park does. Keystone Industrial Park is located in the boroughs of Dunmore and Throop in Lackawanna County and offers excellent access to I-81, I-84, and I-380. Some of the first buildings Mericle constructed on speculation are located here. Key tenants include the Pennsylvania State Police, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, and Gertrude Hawk Chocolates.

Mid Valley Industrial Park

Located in the boroughs of Throop, Olyphant, and Jessup in Lackawanna County, this park provides immediate access to S.R. 6 and is just 5 minutes from I-81, I-84, and I-380. Mericle has constructed four buildings in this park, which is known for its strong utility service. Key park tenants include Tucker Rocky, Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply, Cintas, Fastenal, Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation, and Cinram.

Valley View Business Park

This large, newer park is located in the boroughs of Jessup and Archbald in Lackawanna County. The park features sites that are located in a Keystone Opportunity Zone (KOZ), which can mean substantial tax savings for tenants. The park is less than one mile from S.R. 6 and just five minutes from I-81, I-84, and I-380. Mericle owns a 14.57 acre KOZ site here on which it can construct a building of up to 160,000 square feet. Valmont Industrial Park
