The sublessor, C&E Container of Jersey Shore, is a corrugated box manufacturer with a rapidly expanding business that serves all industrial markets. This move will allow the company to increase their workforce so that they will soon employ 25 people. “It is exciting to see this building taken over by a company that needs room to grow.
