Property Managment

Mericle's professional staff provides property management services for more than 120 tenants.
Mericle’s property management team provides reliable and competitively-priced services to our 120 tenants. We take responsibility for all general and preventative maintenance, repairs and landscaping. Property management also performs value-added services to our buildings’ mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

We offer 24-hour, on-call service and provide our property management team with vehicles that carry all of the parts and tools they need to provide professional and immediate service to all of our tenants.
