ARCHITECTURAL CAD DESIGNER
Candidate proficient in AutoCAD with at least three years of experience in architectural detailing and design of Commercial, Industrial, Manufacturing, and Retail projects. Associate degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent experience. Must have knowledge of construction details and have the ability to develop construction documents. 3D CAD a plus but not required.

ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT MANAGER
Candidate must have at least five years of project management experience and strong architectural knowledge of AutoCAD. Must be skilled in the preparation of Commercial, Industrial, Manufacturing, and Retail construction drawings. Will act as the project representative through all phases from conceptual design through construction. Strong communication skills and the ability to act as the liaison between clients and construction personnel.

CIVIL DRAFTER/DESIGNER
Civil Designer proficient in AutoCAD to work closely with staff engineers and architects. Must have strong experience working with site grading, storm sewer layout & site utility layout, as it relates to land development and roadway/infrastructure design.

CIVIL ENGINEER
Candidate must have a BS in Civil Engineering and at least five years of site development experience. Will be responsible for all aspects of civil engineering for site development projects including grading, drainage, utilities, storm water management, and municipal and state permits. Must have strong communications skills and be able to interact effectively with in-house and outside consulting architects, engineers and surveyors. Roadway & infrastructure experience preferred.

Must have excellent communication and management skills and be able to serve as an effective liaison between office and construction personnel. AutoCAD beneficial but not required.
