Ronald J. Koslosky is a graduate of Wilkes University with a B.A.
Degree in Psychology and a Minor in Economics with a concentration in
Personnel Management, Industrial Testing and Time & Motion Studies.
Since 1970, Mr. Koslosky has developed and successfully managed his
own extensive real estate portfolio. Through the years, he has been
very active in the construction of numerous subdivisions and has worked
closely with local municipalities and the Department of Environmental
Protection. In addition, he displays an excellent working relationship
with lending institutions and is well known within the regional banking
community.
Mr. Koslosky has been a Sales Executive in the real estate industry
since 1989 and is a proven top producer. He has been a frequent guest
on television highlighted by a three part series on real estate
investments. He continues his education with courses in Real Estate Law
& Taxation, Finance, and Commercial Appraisal.
Professional memberships include the Tri-State Association of
Realtors; The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR); The National
Association of Realtors (NAR) and The Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of
Commerce.
