Mrs. Guzzy has been an active member of the real estate community
for more than 20 years. She is a graduate of Wilkes University where
she earned her B.S. Degrees in Business Management and Accounting. She
acquired her Pennsylvania real estate license in 1986 and joined
Classic Properties of Clarks Summit and Dunmore as a Real Estate
Associate, where she developed a substantial residential and commercial
sales base. In 1996 she joined the Mericle Commercial Real Estate sales
team as a Sales Associate working strictly in commercial and industrial
real estate. Her primary expertise is in leasing and land sales to
hotels, mini marts and retail and office clients. In 1998 she was
promoted to Senior Sales Associate based on sales production.
Prior to becoming associated with real estate brokerage, Mrs. Guzzy
was employed in property management and procurements. She worked for
corporations specializing in investments and development of
apartment/condominium complexes and industrial sites. Her
responsibilities included land procurements, building layout and
development and leasing and/or sales of completed spaces.
Professional memberships include The Tri-State Commercial and
Industrial Association of Realtors; The National Association of
Realtors; The Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce; The Greater
Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce; The Greater Pittston Chamber of
Commerce and The Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce.
