Daniel Naylor's primary focus and responsibility is retail property sales and leasing. As a retail properties professional, Dan provides services to individuals or companies seeking to dispose of or acquire real property and those seeking to find tenants for existing or proposed space. He also serves tenants seeking a real estate professional to act as their tenant rep broker. Dan works closely with public and private sector economic development agencies as well as other brokers to provide the best service to his clients.
Dan earned his BA in Economics from Dickinson College and began his real estate career with WAM Enterprises Inc. - a regional real estate development and investment firm based in Lemoyne , PA. In his position with WAM Enterprises, Dan's responsibilities included performing desirability analyses for prospective development projects. Most recently, Dan was employed by CB Richard Ellis as a member of the Central PA Retail Sales Team. During his tenure with CBRE, Dan assisted in the sale of over $50 million in retail properties. His responsibilities included securing new clients and properties as well as financial analysis of investment properties. Dan has also served his country as an Infantry platoon leader in Afghanistan where his platoon participated in over 350 combat missions.
Dan's professional affiliations include membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers, Tri-State Commercial and Industrial Association of Realtors, PAR / NAR / Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors, and TCN, an international network of real estate brokers. Dan is also an active member of the Scranton Chamber of Commerce and their Rediscover Scranton initiative.
