This 106.81 acre ReadyToGo!™ Site is located in CenterPoint Commerce & Trade Park East. The site has been cleared, graded, and compacted and has all permits, approvals, and utilities in place. Offers great access to I-81 and I-476. Mericle has designed a building ranging from 456,000 square feet to 1,038,500 square feet for the parcel. A building constructed here will benefit from a 10-year, 100% real estate tax abatement on improvements.

Duryea KOZ

This 44.59 acre rail-served site sits in Duryea Borough, two miles from I-81 and three miles from I-476. The site is located in a Keystone Opportunity Zone – most state and local taxes are abated 10 years from the date a newly constructed building is occupied. The property is served by natural gas, power, and public water and sewer, and can accommodate a building of up to 416,000 square feet.

This 14.57 acre site in the Valley View Business Park in Jessup Borough is served by all utilities and has been cleared and graded. Mericle has designed a 160,000 square foot industrial building for the parcel. Offers excellent access to I-81, I-84, and I-380. Part of the site is in a Keystone Opportunity Zone (KOZ) with an end date of 12/31/2017, while the rest is in a KOZ with an end date of 12/31/20.
