Dave joined Mericle Commerical Real Estate Services, Inc. Brokerage Division in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania on April 15, 1998. He specializes in commercial/industrial sales and leasing in Northeastern Pennsylvania. His experiences range from property disposition representation to buyer/tenant representation for acquisition and relocation. During his first 15 years in commercial real estate, Dave has leased or sold more than 3,151,000 square feet of commercial space in the market with an aggregate value in excess of $33,500,000.

He has provided real estate services for Primerica Financial Services, Smith Land & Improvement Corp., R.R. Dave began his real estate career in 1996 in the Northeastern Pennsylvania market with the Mertz Corporation, a commercial brokerage firm with offices in New Jersey, Philadelphia and Wilkes-Barre, PA.

A resident of Dallas, Pennsylvania since 1979, Dave brings strong community and business ties to MCRES from 15 years in Commercial Real Estate sales, eighteen years in general management for a local publishing company, as well as prior general management experience in publishing and the hospitality industry in the Southeastern region of the country.

Educated in Florida with a concentration in Management, Dave’s local business ties include membership in the Tri-State Commercial & Industrial Board of Realtors. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Pocono Northeast Triathlon Association, where he has served for 30 years, and on the Executive Council of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Council of the Boy Scouts of America.

Mr. Keiper is a graduate of Lycoming College with a B.A. in History/Mathematics and a M. Ed. from Pennsylvania State University in Counseling. Immediately prior to working with Mericle, he was Vice President of Sales for Lundy Construction and was responsible for Butler Steel Sales in excess of $12 million. Previously he served as Associate Dean of Students and Admissions Director at Lycoming College. He was also Director of Economic Development for Lycoming County, and later a Commercial Loan Officer for Northern Central Bank.

During his career with Mericle, Mr. Keiper has attained the position of Regional Vice President, Central PA Brokerage while achieving sales and leases of more than $20 million. His clients have included: Crown America, Grizzly Imports, General Cable, Flow Serve, Waste Management and Lycoming College. He has completed the course work for the Society of Industrial Realtors. Mr. Keiper is a Williamsport Rotarian and a member of the Ross and Reciprocity Clubs.

Bob is a graduate of New York University with a B.A. degree in English and a Minor in Economics. He also completed all course work toward an M.B.A. degree in Financial Management at Pace University.

Prior to joining Mericle, Bob spent two years teaching, followed by 22 years in the banking industry. During the last 10 years of his banking career, he served as a Vice President in Commercial Lending, principally serving commercial real estate borrowers. His recent property sales and leases have ranged from modest commercial and medical office space to larger corporate parcels.

Ronald J. Koslosky is a graduate of Wilkes University with a B.A. Degree in Psychology and a Minor in Economics with a concentration in Personnel Management, Industrial Testing and Time & Motion Studies.

Since 1970, Mr. Koslosky has developed and successfully managed his own extensive real estate portfolio. Through the years, he has been very active in the construction of numerous subdivisions and has worked closely with local municipalities and the Department of Environmental Protection. In addition, he displays an excellent working relationship with lending institutions and is well known within the regional banking community.

Mr. Koslosky has been a Sales Executive in the real estate industry since 1989 and is a proven top producer. He has been a frequent guest on television highlighted by a three part series on real estate investments. He continues his education with courses in Real Estate Law & Taxation, Finance, and Commercial Appraisal.
