CenterPoint East is located immediately off Exit 175 of I-81 and Exit 115 of I-476 in Jenkins Township, Luzerne County. There are 89 industrial and office buildings totaling approximately 11 million square feet in the four business parks located off these exits. Mericle intends to construct an additional 8.4 million square feet in CenterPoint.
