Daniel J. WalshDan joined Mericle Commercial Real Estate Services in 2004. As Vice President, Corporate Services, he specializes in real estate sales and leasing, land use analysis and acquisition, financial incentive facilitation and site selection. Since joining Mericle, he has worked on projects that have resulted in transactions totaling more than 600,000 square feet. These transactions have occurred in the industrial, office and retail sectors including CVS, George Weston Bakeries, DHL, Liberty Mutual Insurance and the Musculoskeletal Tissue Foundation.
Prior to working with Mericle, Dan was employed by the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce where he served as Administrator of The Scranton Plan, a national award winning economic development agency. He played an active role in recruiting several major employers to Northeastern Pennsylvania including Mazda Motor Parts, CIGNA HealthCare, Wells Cargo and Cintas, resulting in the creation of more than 2,000 jobs.
Dan is a veteran of the United States Air Force and the Pennsylvania Air National Guard.
