Mericle's available properties in Humboldt are located in Keystone Opportunity Zones (KOZs). When a building is located in a KOZ, it translates into very substantial tax-savings. Eligible companies that locate in such buildings have practically all of their state and local taxes completely abated through the end date of the zone.
