Architectural CAD Designer
Mericle Commercial Real Estate, Northeast Pennsylvania largest Speculative and Build-to-Suit Commercial and Industrial Development Firm has an immediate opening for an Architectural Designer in their Design and Construction Services Division. This position will serve in various roles in the Programming and Development as well as the Design, Construction Documentation and Management of Commercial and Industrial Projects, including Class A Office Buildings, Multi-Tenant Commercial and Retail Facilities, Distribution Facilities, Manufacturing Facilities, Food Processing Facilities and Medical Facilities.
Candidates shall have an Associate’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering Technology or a minimum of 3-4 years of experience working for an Architectural or Design Build Commercial Construction Firm. In addition, candidates must be proficient in 2D Autocad and knowledge of 3D Autocad and 3D Studio Max is preferred, however not a requirement.
Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to:
- Preparation of Conceptual Presentation Drawings, including 3D Renderings.
- Preparation of Permit and Construction Documents.
- Assisting Project Managers in all Project Phases, including Construction Administration.
